Wednesdays December 14 & 21, 5:30pm and 7:30pm, Holiday Celebration at Swirl on the Square in downtown Livermore. Livermore Shakespeare Festival artists will celebrate the holidays with a staged reading of a beloved holiday classic while guests enjoy mingling, a tapas sampler and a glass of wine.

Saturday, October 8, 11-5PM, Downtown Livermore ARTWALK: Livermore Shakespeare Festival will host a booth. Celebrate local art in downtown Livermore and stop by our booth outside the Bankhead Theater and say hello!

Tuesday, June 21 6:30-8PM, Castro Valley Library Sneak Peek at the Castro Valley Library: Actors from Livermore Shakespeare Festival will give you an inside look at the preparations for the outdoor productions of Shakespeare’s The Tempest and Jane Austen’s Persuasion adapted by Jennifer Le Blanc. Scenes, insights and a Q;ampA will prepare you for the shows at Wente Estate Vineyard ;amp Tasting Room in Livermore running July 7 – August 7.

Thursday, June 16 6-7PM, Carnegie Park Drunken Shakespeare at Thirsty Thursday at the Farmer’s Market: Drunken Shakespeare is back by popular demand! Livermore Shakespeare Festival artists will present this FREE program at Livermore Downtown’s Thirsty Thursday at Carnegie Park on the new bandstand! Sponsored by First Street Alehouse.

Thursday, June 16 7-8PM, Livermore Civic Center Library Livermore Library Preview: Come see a preview of Livermore Shakespeare Festival’s productions of Jane Austen’s Persuasion and Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Producing Artistic Director Lisa Tromovitch and company members will share rehearsal strategies and practices, demonstrating some of the fascinating processes that create a professionally staged production.

Saturday, September 26 12-4PM, Livermore Public Library SHAKE IT UP WITH LIVERMORE SHAKES; A TEEN ACTING PROGRAM: Livermore Shakespeare Festival Teaching Artists, Maryssa Wanlass and Elissa Beth Stebbins  will explore techniques for bringing your passion forward and your characters to life. Learn the tricks-of-the-trade of the professional approach to Shakespeare performance that makes the Livermore Shakes shows so accessible and alive. FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

February 26, 7PM Livermore Civic Center Library, Shakespeare’s Associates Reader’s Theater presents A Good Year for Livermore Reads Together. Donna Blevins directs a cast of Shakespeare’s Associates volunteers in this adaptation of the book.

February 13, 14, and 15. Showings are 8PM on Friday and Saturday and 2PM on Sunday. Shakespeare’s Associates and The City of Dublin presents Sonnet Cafe at the Dublin Heritage Center Sunday School Barn. Shakespeare’s Associates performers will present a fun and romantic evening of sonnets and poems of passion in an intimate performance space in Dublin.

May 9, 2015. Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation Auction. Shakespeare’s Associates Education Program will be a featured beneficiary at this years event. For more information, visit lvwf.org.

July 11, 2015. Save The Date. Livermore Shakes Benefit Gala. An elegant dinner fundraiser at the Wente Vineyards Estate Barrel Room, followed by a performance of Sense and Sensibility.

Celebrate local art in downtown Livermore and stop by our booth outside the Bankhead Theater and say hello!

Thursday, February 20th at 7PM Readers’ Theater: The Beekeeper’s Apprentice is Shakespeare’s Associates contribution to Livermore Reads Together at the Livermore Public Library. Donna Blevins directs a cast of Shakespeare’s Associates volunteers in this delightful adaptation of the book.

Saturday, March 29th, Livermore’s Half Marathon. Shakespeare’s Associates volunteers will host a lively, Shakespearean water station for the runners at the inaugural Livermore Half Marathon.

Wednesday, April 23rd, 7PM, Celebrate Shakespeare’s 450th Birthday with Shakes at Swirl. The celebration will include readings from Shakespeare and an open-mike segment so “Brush Up Your Shakespeare”! Price is $35 per person and includes the reading by Livermore Shakes artists, a glass of wine and a delicious and hearty “Tapas Sampler” plate.

Dinner, Auction and Benefit Performance Saturday, June 28th 5:00PM Livermore Shakespeare Festival 2014 Benefit Dinner and Auction. Performance of Much Ado About Nothing at 8PM. Tickets $90 and $100.
