Honoring Peggy Riley
Peggy Riley [1937 – 2014]
Peggy was a core member of the theater company, serving on the founding board of Shakespeare’s Associates, the dramaturg for all productions since 2004, and a dear friend. She helped many artists to a deeper understanding of the text and to more vibrant performances.
She strengthened the company through her wisdom, leadership and many hours of “roll-up-your-sleeves” volunteering. And she hosted parties in her home, reminding us to celebrate our successes together.
She will be sorely missed.
We loved her a lot.
